Soy Protein Concentrate
Description:

It is made from Non-GMO soybean and has common functionality.
It contains about 60 %-70% proteins in dry basis and retains most of the fiber of the original soybean.
It has good gelatin, stable dispersibility, high protein content and good water binding as well as emulsification ability.
Application:
It is used in a wide variety of :
--food products, mainly in baked foods, breakfast cereals, vegetarian foods ,
--Food industries (Emulsification meat, Sausage, Ham, Vegetable goods, etc).
--Some meat products to improve nutritional values.
