Description:

Soy Protein Isolated is made from NON-GMO soybean. It is characterized by good dispersibility, dissolution stability, low heat, higher nutrition.
Applications:. It is widely used for food additive, Medical additive, feed industry including dairy products, beverage , healthy drinks by dry beverage mixes, sugar products ,flour products, fish food, frozen food, dry blend mixes and so on because of the nutritional ( increasing protein content), sensorial ( getting better mouth feel, bland flavor), and functional reasons ( for applications requiring emulsification, water and fat absorption and adhesive properties
